"My husband and I were relocating to the Fox River Valley Wisconsin area from Washington DC. We had a cousin in Green Bay who recommended Bill as our buyer's agent. We had not decided on a specific city, but rather we were interested in a large part of NE Wisconsin. We were staying temporarily in Iowa, a 6-hour drive from Green Bay during our house search. We would line up 5-6 houses we thought would meet our needs, and Bill would schedule them and scope them out for us before the 6-hour drive. We would come up on a Saturday morning, and drive back to Iowa the same day after looking at houses. It was the height of COVID-19 and we did not want to take chances. Bill always lined up our house tours geographically so that we would end up at the most southern location. This helped us tremendously. Houses would come up for sale quickly and the turn-around time was so fast, that we might not be able to get up to Wisconsin quick enough to bid on a house. Bill went the extra mile for us, going to look at houses and taking an extensive video of the houses. He saved us from many a clunker - houses that looked great in the pictures, but upon further inspection would not meet our needs. Bill knows just what to look for when it comes to the mechanical factors that often get overlooked, that could end up costing you thousands of dollars to fix. During the 6 week course of our home buying, it was 8 trips to Wisconsin, over 6,000 miles. Bill made himself available to our schedule, oftentimes giving up whole Saturdays for 6 straight weeks. His dedication to helping us find the right house was unsurpassed. In the end, we found the most perfect house for us all with Bill's help. He toured the place first and scoped it out. When it got the Bill's seal of approval, we knew it was sound and the mechanics spot-on. We knew there would be no surprises. With the intense bidding wars going on for houses, Bill knew just the offer to put in to ensure we would get the house. We did. We love our new house, and without Bill going the extra mile for us, we might have ended up in a clunker that would have proved to be costly in the long run. I would recommend Bill to any potential home buyer. He was not fazed by us not knowing what city we wanted to live in. He asked us what was important to us in a home, and he was extremely knowledgeable about whatever locale we looked in. He served us very well."
